What do I need to apply?
Your full name, mobile number, and exact address with a pinned location. We'll tell you if anything else is needed after the site survey.
How do I pay my bill?
Message us on Facebook for the payment options. Once the customer portal is ready, you can also see and pay your bill there.
My internet is down. What should I do?
First, check the advisories for work in your area. Then unplug your modem for 30 seconds and plug it back in. If it's still down, message us on Facebook with your name and barangay, or use the chat on this website.
